YouTube Rolls Out Gemini-Powered AI Multi-Language Dubbing to Millions of Creators
YouTube is rolling out its multi-language audio dubbing feature to millions of creators after a two-year pilot. The tool includes an AI auto-dubbing option powered by Google’s Gemini to mimic a creator’s tone. Testers saw about 25% of watch time from non-primary languages (Jamie Oliver tripled views), and localized thumbnails are also being trialed. Rollout will happen over the coming weeks.
