Former Google Safe Browsing and reCAPTCHA leaders launched AegisAI and raised $13M to stop phishing, malware and business email compromise before they hit inboxes. The startup uses an orchestrated network of specialized AI agents to analyze links, attachments, QR codes and metadata in real time, claims up to 90% fewer false positives, integrates with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 in minutes, and is piloting with U.S./EU customers (three paying clients so far).
