Business Insider reportedly told staff they can use AI to write first drafts and treat it "like any other tool," according to an internal memo from editor-in-chief Jamie Heller reported by Status. Final copy must be the journalist’s own work and authors stay accountable. The outlet said it wouldn’t flag AI use unless content is fully AI-generated or unvetted.
